Azy Pournaderi

Azy is an adventurous yogi on a mission to impact the world through mediation and mindful living. She has studied extensively internationally and became a certified instructor outside of Pokhara, Nepal with the intent of bringing those ancient practices back into the Westernized world.

She is a strong believer that every human, no matter their age, strength, flexibility or experience is capable of practicing yoga and enjoying the benefits that come from it. 

Mandy
Whatley-Williams

Mandy is a passionate yoga teacher with training in Unity Yoga, which emphasizes the union of mind, body, and spirit. She specializes in Hatha and Yin classes with focus on alignment principles, moving with the breath, and stilling the mind. With an encouraging yet soothing personality, she pushes students to find their edge while always honoring where they are in the present moment. Mandy believes that yoga is for everybody, regardless of background, and it is her goal to help her students connect with their bodies in a loving way by moving and breathing with intention.

Becky Solonika

Becky is an open-hearted, joyful, and curious Yogi who loves sharing the ancient sister sciences of Ayurveda and Yoga with students of all ages, and in every stage of life. She is a passionate lifelong learner and is thrilled that Yoga offers us all an infinite journey of study and growth. Her classes have a strong focus on proper alignment of the physical body, the Chakras and energetic body, and you might find some Astronomy and a little bit of Magic sprinkled in here and there. 

Dr. Lori MacKinder

Doc Lori is a compassionate, warm, and playful yogi and educator who practices and encourages the belief that it is never too late to begin a yoga and mindfulness practice. Her yoga and meditation teaching style brings forth feelings of calmness, reduced anxiety, increased flexibility, and builds strength.

Izzy Olson

Izzy is a playful, curious young yogi who is always looking to learn and try new things in the world of yoga. She has her training in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, and loves teaching creative, soothing flows. Her peaceful, yet adventurous style creates a fun and accepting space to practice. She strongly believes that yoga is for everyone, and is always inspired by each individual’s unique energy. 

Lavinia Budurovici

When Ayurveda and yoga found Lavinia, everything changed. Both helped her learn patience, presence, body awareness, how to breathe more deeply, self-love, and much more. This has inspired her to complete an immersion training program at an ashram in India where her practice deepened further. Her classes offer traditional and creative movements, pranayama breathing techniques, meditation, and mindfulness that reflect those experiences, with an authentic and non-judgemental teaching style. Modification and advanced options are made available for new students and experienced yogis so that all can reach their potential. 

Bonnie Weeks

Bonnie believes yoga is the practice of paying attention. It is finding delight in breath-based movement that includes mobility, stability, and strength in addition to flexibility. She loves arm balances, handstands, and helping others find play in the work. She fuses her love for fitness with yoga to leave students feeling sweaty and powerful. All this work on the mat is way to carry grace and awareness as a lifestyle.
